Google controls processing, publication, and how imagery appears or connects to existing Street View coverage. Publishing dates, replacement of existing imagery, and seamless street-to-interior connections cannot be guaranteed.
Standalone Branded Website Tour
A branded interactive Website Tour for businesses that want it without Google Maps publishing — capture, branding, navigation, Hotspots, and embed code included.

Website Tour updates — starting at $35 per request
Available for tours actively hosted through Spaces2See. The $35 minimum includes up to 3 simple changes submitted together, such as replacing a menu file or client-supplied image, updating a website or booking link, or revising short Hotspot text.
Additional changes, new Hotspots, navigation changes, and design customization are quoted separately. New photography or 360° capture requires a separate quote. Hosting fees cover keeping your tour online; they do not include content updates.
Downloaded & self-hosted Website Tours
A downloadable version may be arranged for hosting on your own compatible web server. Export and delivery terms are confirmed in your quote. Spaces2See’s annual hosting fee does not apply to self-hosted tours; your web provider is responsible for installation and hosting. Updates require a separate quote and delivery of revised tour files, which your web provider replaces on your website.

How pricing is calculated
Final pricing is based on the total interior square footage scanned, as determined after iGUIDE processing. The selected per-square-foot rate applies, subject to the minimum charge. You do not need to know your square footage before scheduling — your final invoice is calculated once processing is complete.

Final pricing is based on property size, layout, and capture requirements. Your quote is confirmed before scheduling. Larger properties, multiple buildings, and hotel projects receive a custom quote.
Continued Matterport hosting: $99 per individual tour annually after the first year. Hosting for projects with multiple tours is specified in the proposal. Additional Tags, content changes, and new capture are quoted separately. Google Street View Publishing is available for eligible business locations; any additional charge is confirmed before scheduling.

About Google Street View publishing for iGUIDE & Matterport.
Selected 360° views from an iGUIDE or Matterport Tour can also be published to Google Street View, allowing customers to explore your business on Google Maps. Google Maps displays the panoramic imagery; Floor Plans, Room Dimensions, Matterport’s Dollhouse View, and custom tour features remain in your original hosted tour.
Google controls processing, display, and navigation. Any additional charge for Street View publishing is confirmed before scheduling.

Hotel iGUIDE Virtual Tours & Floor Plans
Your proposal specifies the areas to be scanned; Instant, Standard, or Premium Floor Plans; applicable square-foot rates, minimums, and any custom project charges; and tour organization plus any additional Website Tour features. Final area-based charges are calculated from the scanned square footage determined after processing.
Hotel Matterport Experiences
We capture one representative room per selected category. Connected amenity areas may be captured together, while disconnected rooms, facilities, or buildings may require separate models. Pricing is based on the number of individual Matterport models, the size, layout, and capture requirements of each space, Interactive Tags and website presentation, and hosting for the complete set of models.
Hotel Matterport projects are separate from the standard Branded Website Tour package and its Room Type add-ons.
