Yes. Every Scenes2See™ video begins with professional photography captured by Spaces2See specifically for the production. Our team photographs your business with the angles, coverage, and visual information needed to create a consistent, high-quality promotional video.
We do not create Scenes2See™ videos from third-party or customer-supplied photography. Those images may not provide the coverage needed for production, and there may also be copyright or usage-right restrictions that prevent us from using them.
By capturing the photography ourselves, we know exactly what we’re working with and can plan the images specifically around the Scenes2See™ video we’re creating.
Not necessarily. Scenes2See™ can include AI-generated people and activity to help demonstrate how your space could look and feel in use. When synthetic people or other AI-generated elements are included, they are part of the creative promotional production and are not actual customers photographed at your business.

The areas being photographed should be camera-ready and free of customers during the photography capture, and we’ll work with you to find a convenient time that minimizes disruption to your business.
If Spaces2See previously photographed your business, contact us and we’ll review the existing images. If we have the appropriate coverage and imagery needed for Scenes2See™ production, another capture may not be necessary. If additional angles or updated photography are needed, we’ll let you know before production begins.
