1. Introduction

Welcome to Spaces2See, a commercial photography, virtual tour, and digital media service operated by Audvision, LLC ("Spaces2See," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, ordering and purchasing of services, virtual tour hosting, Google Maps publishing, digital media delivery, and participation in our business directory.

By placing an order, accepting a proposal, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Spaces2See provides professional visual marketing services, including:

Commercial and business photography
Google Maps and Street View 360° tours
Spaces2See 360° Experiences
Matterport 3D virtual tours
iGUIDE virtual tours and floor plans
Scenes2See promotional videos
Virtual tour hosting and publishing
Business directory listings and related marketing services

Services, features, availability, and deliverables vary according to the package purchased.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment information, property access, and necessary permissions.

The property or business should be prepared and accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

Customers are responsible for obtaining permission from property owners, tenants, employees, or other authorized parties when required.

Spaces2See may reschedule appointments due to unsafe conditions, equipment issues, severe weather, access restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:

24 hours or more before the appointment: No cancellation or rescheduling fee.
Less than 24 hours before the appointment: A $75 cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.
Cancellation after our representative arrives on-site: A $150 on-site cancellation fee applies.

Additional charges may apply for extraordinary travel, access delays, or circumstances requiring additional appointments when disclosed and agreed upon.

5. Payments and Billing

Payment is required in full before final media delivery, publication, or activation of completed services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Larger projects may require an advance deposit, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, approved additional services, and outstanding balances.

Spaces2See reserves the right to withhold final deliverables, publishing, or hosting activation until required payments have been received.

6. Pricing and Changes

All published prices are subject to change without prior notice, except as required by applicable law or agreed to in writing.

This includes photography, virtual tours, promotional videos, add-on services, hosting fees, subscription fees, and renewal charges.

Confirmed orders will be honored at their agreed pricing unless the customer requests additional services or approves changes to the original scope.

Spaces2See reserves the right to modify pricing for future orders and hosting renewals.

Customers will receive notice of applicable hosting fee increases before their next paid renewal. Changes will not apply retroactively to hosting periods already paid for.

7. Photography Ownership and Copyright

Upon receipt of full payment, Spaces2See grants the client a perpetual, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, share, resell, and authorize others to use the final, delivered photographs created specifically for the client's project. This license does not transfer copyright ownership. Spaces2See retains its copyright ownership.

Clients may use, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, transfer, or sell the finished photographs for lawful commercial or personal purposes without additional licensing fees from Spaces2See.

This license applies only to the final delivered photographs and excludes original RAW files, proprietary editing materials, third-party licensed content, software, and underlying technology unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Spaces2See retains the right to use completed photographs for its professional portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and business development, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client license becomes effective only after full payment has been received.

8. Virtual Tour Ownership and Usage Rights

Virtual tours may incorporate customer-owned photographs, 360° imagery, floor plans, software, hosting systems, and proprietary technology belonging to third-party platforms.

Clients receive rights to use, display, and distribute their completed virtual tour content, subject to the applicable platform terms and purchased services.

Ownership of photographs or other client-created content does not constitute ownership of third-party virtual tour software, technology, hosting infrastructure, or proprietary file formats.

Downloadable tour files may be provided where supported by the applicable service and platform.

9. Spaces2See 360° Experience — CloudPano

Spaces2See 360° Experiences are created using CloudPano technology.

Complimentary hosting is included with the service while Spaces2See continues to support the applicable hosting offering, subject to third-party platform availability.

Complimentary hosting does not constitute a guarantee of lifetime hosting.

Where supported by the applicable platform and subscription, completed virtual tours may be exported for independent storage or hosting.

Clients may request available export files for their records.

Exported tours may require compatible web hosting, technical configuration, and additional third-party services to remain interactive.

Spaces2See does not guarantee that every feature available in the original hosted tour will function identically in an exported version.

10. iGUIDE Virtual Tours

iGUIDE virtual tours are created using iGUIDE technology and its associated hosting services.

Depending on the selected package and platform capabilities, clients may receive downloadable floor plans, reports, tour files, and other available materials.

Clients may retain and use the downloadable materials provided with their purchased service, subject to applicable platform terms.

Online hosting availability, included hosting periods, renewals, and any additional fees depend on the selected iGUIDE product and current platform requirements.

Spaces2See does not guarantee indefinite online hosting or continued availability of third-party platform features.

11. Matterport 3D Tours

Matterport 3D tours are created and hosted using Matterport's proprietary technology and platform.

Matterport retains ownership of its proprietary software, viewer, platform technology, and hosting infrastructure. Rights to tour content are governed by the applicable platform agreements.

Spaces2See does not transfer ownership of Matterport's proprietary technology or guarantee independent hosting of an interactive Matterport tour outside the Matterport platform.

Matterport tours require active hosting to remain publicly accessible.

The first 12 months of Matterport hosting are included. After the first year, hosting is $99 per tour annually, subject to future pricing adjustments.

Hosting renewal fees are subject to change, and customers will be notified of applicable increases before their next paid renewal.

Failure to renew or pay applicable hosting fees may result in suspension or discontinuation of the hosted tour.

12. Hosting, Renewals, and Service Availability

Virtual tour hosting arrangements vary according to the service and third-party platform.

Paid hosting and renewal fees are subject to change.

Spaces2See may modify or discontinue hosting offerings when reasonably necessary due to changes in platform availability, provider pricing, operating requirements, or business circumstances.

Where reasonably practicable, Spaces2See will provide advance notice of material changes affecting active customer hosting.

Spaces2See is not responsible for interruptions, platform outages, feature changes, or service discontinuations imposed by third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.

Customers are encouraged to retain copies of available downloadable media and tour files.

13. Google Maps and Street View Publishing

Certain Spaces2See services include publication of eligible 360° imagery to Google Maps or Google Street View.

Publication is subject to Google's eligibility requirements, technical specifications, content policies, review processes, and platform availability.

Spaces2See does not control Google's approval decisions, processing times, search rankings, visibility, or continued display of published content.

Google may modify, reject, remove, or restrict content according to its policies.

Spaces2See cannot guarantee a specific publication date, search ranking, number of views, or business performance outcome.

Where a purchased service includes Google publishing, Spaces2See will make reasonable efforts to prepare and submit eligible content in accordance with applicable platform requirements.

14. Media Delivery and Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Photography: generally 24–48 hours.
Virtual tours: 3–5 business days on average.
Scenes2See promotional videos: 3–5 business days on average.
Google Maps and Street View publishing: additional processing time may be required.

Delivery estimates begin after completion of the appointment and receipt of necessary customer information.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on project size, complexity, revisions, third-party processing, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Scenes2See Promotional Videos

Scenes2See promotional videos may incorporate professional photography, video editing, animation, AI-assisted visual effects, licensed music, and other production elements.

Clients receive the rights to use and distribute the final delivered promotional video for lawful business marketing purposes, subject to any applicable third-party licenses.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Spaces2See retains copyright ownership of the completed video production and grants the client a perpetual, nonexclusive, worldwide license to use the final delivered video.

Clients do not receive ownership of underlying production software, licensed music, stock assets, proprietary templates, or source project files.

16. Revisions and Additional Work

Spaces2See will make reasonable efforts to correct verified technical errors or omissions attributable to its production process.

Requests involving changes to the original scope, additional capture sessions, substantial creative revisions, or new deliverables may require additional fees.

Any applicable additional charges will be communicated before the additional work is performed.

17. Portfolio and Promotional Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers grant Spaces2See permission to display completed project media for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional, and business development purposes.

Customers represent that they have the authority to grant such permission.

Spaces2See will honor written agreements restricting promotional use of particular projects.

18. Explore Central Florida Directory

Spaces2See may operate an online business discovery directory known as Explore Central Florida.

Directory inclusion may be available to qualifying businesses that have purchased or received eligible virtual tour services.

Ongoing complimentary directory inclusion is included with qualifying virtual tour purchases.

Spaces2See reserves the right to review, approve, edit, decline, suspend, or remove directory listings in accordance with applicable participation requirements.

Directory listings may include business names, locations, photographs, virtual tours, descriptions, websites, and other publicly available business information.

Directory inclusion does not guarantee website traffic, customer inquiries, search engine rankings, or business results.

Businesses are responsible for providing accurate listing information and notifying Spaces2See of material changes.

19. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate order and business information
Obtain necessary property access and permissions
Prepare the location for scheduled media services
Disclose relevant safety or access concerns
Obtain required permissions for individuals or protected materials appearing in media
Comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies
Use delivered materials for lawful purposes

Spaces2See may decline or discontinue services involving unsafe, unlawful, or materially misleading requests.

20. Third-Party Platforms

Spaces2See uses independent third-party providers, which may include CloudPano, Matterport, iGUIDE, Google, and other technology and hosting platforms.

These providers maintain their own terms, licensing arrangements, and operating requirements.

Spaces2See is not responsible for changes made independently by third-party providers, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spaces2See and Audvision, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to Spaces2See for the services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. Changes to These Terms

Spaces2See may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, technology, pricing, or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Material changes affecting existing contractual obligations will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the customer's agreement.

23. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
